Notary Giuseppe Fuccillo
A Law Graduate from the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II on 20 October 1993, he specialised in Employment Law and Industrial Relations Law at the same institution on 30 October 1996. He qualified as a practicing Solicitor in 1996 after scoring top marks in his oral examination. In 2000 he won the National Notary’s Tender and became chief of the Office of Terracina from December 2002. In the same year he completed his Doctorate in European Law at the Università degli Studi di Catania. Previously Assistant Professor in Commercial Law at Università di Napoli, he is now a member of the Study Commission undertaking the digital selection of the National Council of Notaries. He was recently a contract Lecturer at the Università di Cassino. He is the author of short essays and review articles on Jurisprudence, with a focus on Notary affairs.
