Dott.ssa Giovanna Anzeloni

StaffNotary’s Assistant

She graduated in Law at the Università degli studi "La Sapienza di Roma" in 2000. She prepares and drafts Corporate Deeds (such as share transfers) and mortgages. She deals directly with Corporate clients and in procedures related to mortgages, with a special focus on: Mortgage searches, Chamber of Commerce company registration and bankruptcy, as well as the drafting of preliminary reports for banks, dealings with banks prior and post-drafting (camera-ready copies).

She acquired substantial experience and skill in the Corporate Deed post-drafting procedures, with special focus on the digital forwarding of Corporate Deeds to the National Business Registry.

Dott.ssa Giulia Romagna

giuliaNotary's Assistant

She graduated in Law at the Università degli studi "La Sapienza di Roma" in 1992. She deals with the preparation and drafting of Real Estate Deeds, such as sales, gifts, divisions, with the drafting of Wills, mortgages, and she deals with clients and banking institutions directly. In this capacity she handles both pre-drafting procedures - namely mortgage searches and preliminary Real Estate report preparation for banks- and the digital procedures following the formal drafting of Deeds, namely registrations, transcriptions, annotations. She handles personally the Offices’ accounting procedures (document filing, invoicing, register of payments, anti-money-laundering checks).

Donatella Saccoccio

StaffNotary's Assistant

She deals with the drafting of Real Estate transactions (gifts, sales and divisions) , as well as handling mortgages, drafting of Wills, release of authenticated copies of drafted Deeds and is in charge of signature authentication processes, as well as of Inventory management. She also deals with registration and deposits of Corporate Deeds to the Chamber of Commerce and performs Deeds’ post-draft digital procedures such as registration, transcription and annotation.
